synthesis and stabilization of  semiconductor nanoparticles; metal sulphide nanoparticles cadmium sulphide (CdS), Zink sulphide (ZnS), Copper sulphide (CuS); Tin sulphide (SnS) and so on.; LC-MS; Thermal
